After recently purchasing this home, the client was ready to rethink their floor plan.  We swapped the kitchen and dining rooms, leaving the floor plan open and flowing from room to room.  We installed radiant heat, refinished the hardwood floors, and built a rustic island to match their dining room table, further tying the two spaces together.
