This was a big project in a unique mid-century home in Pittsburgh! The renovation was inspired by our clients’ desire to update the look and expand the space while retaining and improving the skylight window. In the master bathroom, we were able to steal space from an oversize hallway closet to build a new shower and fit a double vanity. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, we removed a wall that partitioned off the space, rearranged the whole room and cut a new feature window into the wall above the sink (that didn’t used to be there). This project included updating electrical, new drywall, tile, a heated tile floor, quartz counters and all new fixtures. We also had the pleasure of working with Jacob Evans Kitchen & Bath on this project; they supplied the cabinets, counters, tile and most fixtures for this project.
