This full home remodel in Shadyside took a brick Victorian with tons of potential and transformed it into our clients’ dream home.  We gutted the first floor down to the studs, remove walls to create and open floor plan, and started fresh with all new mechanicals, insulation, hvac, drywall, and flooring.  We finished it off with a gourmet kitchen, powder room, and updated second floor.
