St. James

This was a unique project for a unique home!  The renovation was inspired by the clients’ desire to update the look and expand the space while retaining and improving the skylight window.  We were able to steal space from an oversize hallway closet to build a new shower and removed a radiator.  This project included updating all mechanicals, new drywall, tile, a heated tile floor and heated towel bar, and all new fixtures.  The feature here is the stained glass that the clients had fabricated into the original window by a local artisan.  We reinstalled the window with LED lights above to highlight the vibrant colors and patterns.
