This was a big project on an old home in Sewickley! We helped our homeowners to expand their home to better accommodate their growing family. Specifically, we re-built an existing great room, turned a side porch into a mud room, and added a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The house was over 100 years old to begin with, needless to say that working on old homes come with specific challenges. Justin, Rob and our Homeowners worked together to design a project around a specific budget, choose materials and fixtures, and figure out some quirky tie-in details. This project took about four months from commencement to completion, wrapping up before the Homeowner’s target completion date, and accomplished the Homeowner’s intended purpose for building the project.
