We were very fortunate to collaborate with our friends at Jacob Evans Kitchen & Bath for this kitchen remodel in Peters Township. Our Homeowners love their home and have lived there since the previous kitchen was installed (almost 20 years ago!). They felt like it was time for an update. Our work included demolition, installing new flooring, new electric, new lighting, new walls and ceilings, cabinets, counters and back-splash....

This was a big project in a unique mid-century home in Pittsburgh!  The renovation was inspired by our clients' desire to update the look and expand the space while retaining and improving the skylight window.  In the master bathroom, we were able to steal space from an oversize hallway closet to build a new shower and fit a double vanity. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, we removed a wall that partitioned off the space, rearranged the whole room and cut a new feature window into the wall above the sink (that didn't used to be there).  This project included updating electrical, new drywall, tile, a heated tile floor, quartz counters and all new fixtures. We also had the pleasure of working with Jacob Evans Kitchen & Bath on this project; they...

This full home remodel in Shadyside took a brick Victorian with tons of potential and transformed it into our clients' dream home.  We gutted the first floor down to the studs, remove walls to create and open floor plan, and started fresh with all new mechanicals, insulation, hvac, drywall, and flooring.  We finished it off with a gourmet kitchen, powder room, and updated second floor....

All new flooring, appliances, cabinets, counters, fixtures, and moldings to match the home The counters are stainless steel with integrated sink, and The backsplash is large format porcelain tile. We were fortunate to partner with Jacob Evans Kitchen & Bath for this project; they supplied many of the materials and collaborated on the overall design....

orchard kitchen remodel

This was a unique project for Pittsburgh Remodeling Company, because this is a true DIY kitchen remodel where we just helped out a little. Specifically, we helped the Homeowners with the overall concept and helped to put together a general plan of action for the project. The Homeowners did the bulk of the work themselves, and we stopped by at various stages throughout the project to consult on progress and answer questions. We even helped the Homeowners find reputable subs to work with for a few trades (for example, drywall). At the end of the day, they fully demolished and remodeled their own kitchen, we just shared from our experience at various stages throughout the project. We think the results speak for themselves! The project turned out great and the Homeowners...

Kitchen Remodel

Pittsburgh Remodeling Company worked with our clients to remove a wall in their Mt. Lebanon kitchen and reconfigure the floor-plan to better accommodate their growing family. Our project was a major structural renovation and our work involved: Moving an exterior doorway and a window in house with brick exterior. Installing new white oak flooring in the kitchen to match the rest of the first floor, then refinishing the entire first floor. Insulating a previously un-insulated crawlspace and porch, as well as the rest of the kitchen. Installing new cabinets and counters (quartz by the sink, butcher block around the range). White cabinets with grey quartz counters contrast the blue cabinets with butcher block around the stove. We turned an adjacent side porch into a much more functional space for the fridge...
